climate week 2020 Events

global Conversations on finance, risk,
and Investing in a low-carbon future
In September, 350 Silicon Valley sponsored a series of events for Climate Week NYC, which was all online—and thus international—this year. All of our panels and discussions dealt with various aspects of fossil fuel investments and the fiduciary duty of asset owners and institutional investors who must confront climate-related financial risk as they make investment decisions critical to their members' or beneficiaries' future.
Co-sponsors for the series of events included the Center for International Environmental Law, Climate-Safe Pensions Network, DivestNY, Fossil Free California, Friends of the Earth US, MassDivest Coalition, Reclaim Finance, Stand.earth,
Urgewald, the Women’s Earth and Climate Action Network (WECAN) International, and 350.org. We thank them all!
